The
Merlin Legend is an advanced digital communications system designed for
the small to mid sized business or for the large organization with plans
of connecting remote location. Please call for information on the Merlin,

The
Merlin Legend System is the largest and newest Merlin System. It
offers the greatest capacity of the Merlin Systems, and can be configured
with the much of the advanced standard features and functionality found
in the Definity Systems. Not only does the Merlin Legend offer economic
voice, data, video, and fax transferring, its powerful multimedia and ISDN
connectivity gives flexible capabilities in voice messaging, voice response,
internet access, high-speed transfer, conferencing & collaboration,
and call management.
The
Merlin Legend System is perfect for businesses with 4 lines and 8 extensions,
all the way up to 80 lines and 200 extensions. (Note that maximum capacities
vary with configuration.)
The
Legend also supports a variety of telephones, including the digital MLX-series,
older Merlin ATL telephones, and industry standard tip/ring telephones.
MLX telephones combine ease of use with menu-driven display capabilities,
context-sensitive keys, posted messages, and full speakerphone capabilities.

Merlin Legend Mail Voice Messaging System allows you to send or receive
messages with accuracy and confidentiality no matter where you are or what
time it is. The mail system integrates multiple automated attendants, call
answer, and voice mail services.

The
Intuity Audix Messaging System designed for virtually any size business,
is an affordable messaging system that includes a standard suite of voice
mail features. In addition, it allows you to integrate fax and voice
mail into one mailbox, making it easy to retrieve your messages with one
phone call. There is also a message manager interface that lets you
use your PC to retrieve, store, discard, view and reply to messages with
the click of the mouse.

Intuity Conversant’s interactive voice response solution is an excellent
choice when callers need ways to interface easily with a business.
It can automate many routine transactions such as entry and account inquiries,
streamlining operations and improve margins.

The
PassageWay makes CTI possible. This family of solutions combines
the power of the telephone system with the desktop computer to increase
productivity and provide better customer service. With the PassageWay
solution, a caller’s complete profile can appear automatically on the computer
screen before the phone is picked up. In addition, “Screen Pops” display
a screen associated with the calling party based on the calling number,
called number, or collected information. The specific CTI link application
on a user’s computer can assume basic call control of the user’s analog
or MLX telephone’s SA buttons.

TransTalk 9000 Digital Wireless System. When employees must be
away from their desks, but must be available to take calls, the TransTalk
9000 Digital Wireless System combines the mobility, accessibility and convenience
of a wireless pocket-phone with all the power and functionality of your
desk phone.

Call Accounting System (CAS) and Call Accounting Terminal (CAT) solutions
can help you reduce telephone costs, improve productivity, and increase
profits. Easily understandable reports provide you with information
for allocation telecom expenses, identifying misuse and abuse, and determining
if you have enough trunks to handle your calling volume.

The
Merlin Legend Reporter provides basic call tracking to aid in facilities
and personnel management. Available reports include time of day,
ICLID call distribution, talk/queue time distribution, and abandoned calls.
Terminal Hardware
Merlin
Legend supports Merlin ATL telephones and industry standard tip/ring telephones.
It also supports the Digital MLX telephones listed below. All phones
are available in black or white, with built in speakerphone, message waiting
lamp, and full digital ISDN capability. Each model differs with the
number of lines/feature buttons, and the size of the display.
MLX-28D
has 28 programmable line/feature buttons and 2-line x 24-character display
for system attendants and individuals whom rely heavily on one-tough dialing.
Can functions as a Direct Line Console (DLC).
MLX-20L
has 20 programmable line/feature buttons and the largest, most functional
display (7 lines x 24-characters), for use by executives, a console operator
or a system administrator. Also functions as a Direct Line Console
(DLC) or Queued Call Console (QCC).
MLX-16DP
has 16 programmable line/feature buttons and a 2-line x 24 character display.
Can be desk- or wall-mounted.
MLX-10DP
has 20 programmable line/feature buttons and 2-line x 24-character display
with PassageWay port built in. It can be desk- or wall-mounted.
MLX-5D
has 10 programmable line/feature buttons and a 2-line x 24-character display.
Can be desk- or wall-mounted.
