The TransTalk 9000 Digital Wireless System is a single zone multi-phone wireless system, operating in the 902 to 928 Megahertz ISM band, that utilizes the award winning TransTalk Pocket Phone (MDW9030P). It is compatible with Lucent Technologies' DEFINITY, MERLIN, MERLIN Legend, and PARTNER Communications Systems as well as other non-Lucent telephone systems. The TransTalk 9000 DWS features the highest capacity of any business wireless system available (up to 18 simultaneous users per single zone). Each single zone covers up to 500,000 square feet, giving users the freedom to move fully around their workplace.

Pocket Phone MDW9031: This easy to use telephone features superb voice quality, alpha-numeric display form call screening, multi line access, and all of the business features of a corded desk phone. The 9031 also offers: Headset compatibility with a 2.5 mm jack for easier headset connection. A built-in and patented "wireless test mode" for determining base station placement. A new backlit display that can be seen when working at night or in darker areas.
